We're experimenting with an NUI player menu.
There are several options to this. The most impressive one is that you can change your portrait and Description at your leisure!
Hopefully, this is something we can build into in the future.

Please read the posts below for more information about the Player Menu.

Options
The Player Menu allows you to set a "vertical" (2 columns with 3 buttons each) or "horizontal" (3 columns with 2 buttons each) layout for your Player Menu window.
The "Special Effects" dropdown does nothing at this time.

Appearance
The Appearance button will allow you to customize your character's physical appearance on the fly.
Do NOT use anime heads or heads with horns. These are not allowed.
Not all heads work for all races or genders. This is not a bug, it's a feature.

Dice
The Dice button will give you options to roll dice with various conditions. Think of it as a GUI version of the DMFI dicebag.

Description
The Description button will allow you to change both your character's portrait and description from inside the game.
Portrait
You can cycle through vanilla portraits or you can manually type in the name of a portrait you'd like to use. To do this, type the filename of the portrait (anything before the H, L, M, S, T) in the field above the portrait and it will update it to match.
For example, I have the following files:
_KNIGHT_H
_KNIGHT_L
_KNIGHT_M
_KNIGHT_S
_KNIGHT_T
I would type _KNIGHT_ into the portrait name field and it would update to match my portrait if I typed it in correctly. Make sure to save by pressing "Set"!
Description
There is a large typing field to manually update your character's description at will. Make sure to save by pressing "Save Description"!

Spellbook
(This is in TESTING)
This button gives you a quickcast spell window that will let you cast all your spells with the press of a button, rather than searching through the radial menu.
NOTE: It will not always tell you when you run out of castings of a certain spell. You'll have to remain aware of that. If you close the window and reopen it then spells you have no castings available for will be greyed out.
The next button will allow you to configure the size of the window.
