Knight-Enchanter (Formerly Eldritch Knight) (PrC)

Studying the martial and arcane arts to equal degree, the knight-enchanter, or mage knight, is a versatile combatant who can cast fireball on her foes or charge them with sword drawn. The knight-enchanter takes pride in her ability to use the right technique for the job: spells against physically tough foes and force of arms against spellcasting enemies. This discipline was formulated by the Academy of Arcane Arts in honor of one of its greatest archmages, Candor Thorne.

REQUIREMENTS:
Feats: Weapon Proficiency (Martial)
Arcane Spellcasting: Level 3 or higher
ABILITIES:
Knights-Enchanter receive a bonus feat at levels one, level five, and level nine, selected from the fighter's bonus feats list (except specialization).
Knights-Enchanter also receive the feat Armored Mage at level 4. This allows them to cast spells in light armor with small shields, as well as giving them proficency with light armor and shields. At level 7 this feat increases in scope to allow casting in (and proficiency with) medium armor with large shields. At level 10, the Knight-Enchanter can cast in all armor types with all shield types, as well as gaining heavy armor proficiency.
At level 3, the Knight-Enchanter receives Mass Enchant (Human) which allows them to cast the spell Mass Hold Person once per day. They gain a 2nd use at level 6.
At level 6, the Knight-Enchanter receives Mass Enchant (Monster) which allows them to cast the spell Mass Hold Monster once per day. They gain a 2nd use at level 9.
BONUS SPELLS:
At each level, the Knight-Enchanter gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in his highest caster class (bard, sorcerer or wizard). He does not learn any new spells through this ability, however.
