Pray pardon our dust while we clean up the forums for the future!
We're archiving a lot! But we're keeping it organized so if we need to bring something back, we can go find it!
Stay tuned for more!

Re: Pardon our Dust!
Archival is mostly complete, so here's a few notes!
- Inactive guild/gang forums in The Great Hall have been archived. These can be retrieved later when/if guilds/gangs return!
- Nearly all posts in the "Tales from the Cornerhouse Inn" have been moved to the "RP Stories - Pre-EE" forum (click there for link).
- Some of the things that were left behind (like in the Bio Approval forum and others) will be updated for what's coming.

Re: Pardon our Dust!
I couldn't make a new topic here, so I will post this as a reply.
March 29, 2025 (yesterday), can imho be marked as a very special day that the Glorwing forums were reopened after a long hiatus. It was coupled with activity on the Glorwing Discord, where people are talking again.
There has been activity ingame, new updates and fixes have been instituted, more is to come.
Let's dust off our characters, go ingame, and find each other again! If you know others who might want to have a look, feel free to point them here!
For the moment there is an NPC merchant at the Stones who can level up your characters for free, gives gold and acts as a merchant for all the vanilla (non Glorwing loot) items.
The rest of the server is as it was, NPC quests work, and the Sun Guards are patrolling the lands.
Also, a huge, HUGE thank you to Candor, LongEarMage and Erik for maintaining the server, fixing things, and having invested so incredibly much of their free time in adding things (ingame and lore) to Glorwing. A feat that perhaps has been too long overlooked and quite possibly underappreciated.
Let us give them incentive to keep this up by being ingame and bringing what was left behind back to life.
And sure, maybe it won't be as it was; we all miss friends from back in the day, some of those sometimes even having passed away. But perhaps their memories can live on in the lore, in the items they created, or simply the experiences they left behind with ourselves and our characters.

Re: Pardon our Dust!
THANK YOU GUYS!! You all rock hardcore for putting your time and hard work into getting our favorite server up and running again. Now I can quit nagging you about it.

Violence is always the answer.
If you somehow believe violence isn't the answer, you're asking the wrong questions. If violence isn't solving your problems, you're not using enough. No problem is so awful that it can't be solved by killing everyone who is even remotely connected with it.
How come you didn't turn on me?"
[smiling] "Money wasn't good enough."
"What happens when it is?"
"Well... that'll be an interesting day."
"I imagine it will."
The question isn’t who is going to let me: it’s who is going to stop me.
